Edgentus CLE Refund Policy

LIVE EVENTS: Up to two weeks prior to any live scheduled event, Edgentus will provide full refunds requested within seventy-two (72) hours of the purchase date unless you have received CLE credit for a course. Once you have claimed CLE credit and/or received a certificate for a course, the course can no longer be refunded. After the seventy-two (72) hour period, you cannot receive a refund, the amount paid may be applied towards a future course. Within one week of the event you cannot receive a refund and the amount paid may be applied towards a future course.

To cancel a registration to a live event and receive a refund, please send a written cancellation request to tiffany@edgentus.com. All requests must be received two (2) or more weeks before the event date and will be subject to a $20 administrative fee. Please note that if you need to reschedule your registration for an event to another date or comparable class, no administrative fee will be charged. Registrants who are "no-shows" for an event, or who cancel a registration less than two weeks (2) before a scheduled event, will not qualify for a refund.

RECORDED COURSES: Edgentus will not provide any refunds for pre-recorded on-demand CLE courses.
